My husband, he is into business, so my father in law is into this business since last 40 plus years. So both his sons are into the same business. I am working, I’m working as a project manager at Tribe Digital, and I also manage home.
So it’s kind of multitasking. So yeah that’s what about my family.
Devansh Bansal:
So you told me that your father-in-law has been and both his sons have been in this business for the past 40 years.
Kresha Hindocha:
Yes,
Devansh Bansal:
Can you tell me a little bit more what line of business is this point?
Kresha Hindocha:
He’ into grocery stores.
Devansh Bansal:
Wow, nice.
Kresha Hindocha:
Yeah, My father-in-law started this business in Hyderabad. Okay. And his sons are now taking it forward, along with him.
Devansh Bansal:
So which what do your grocery stores go by? Mainly dry fruits. Do you have any brand name that you do you market with yourself?
Kresha Hindocha:
Krishna Agencies.
Devansh Bansal:
Krishna agencies.
Very nice.
Yeah.
Devansh Bansal:
And how long have you been in Hyderabad?
Kresha Hindocha:
I’ born and brought up in Hyderabad.
Devansh Bansal:
And what about about your in-laws your family?
Kresha Hindocha:
So my in-laws are basically a native from Gujarat. Okay.
But again, after marriage, my father-in-law had come here and started his business, so both his sons are from Hyderabad.
Devansh Bansal:
So, are they Gujarati from Hyderabad or are they non-gujarati’s from Gujarat?
Kresha Hindocha:
No, no, Gujaratis.
Devansh Bansal:
They’re Gujaratis. Oh, nice.
Kresha Hindocha:
We’re all Gujaratis.
Devansh Bansal:
Oh that’s very nice, Gujarati people have a very special place in my heart now.
Kresha Hindocha:
That’s sweet.
Devansh Bansal:
Because I am a Marwadi Agarwal.
Kresha Hindocha:
Okay.
Devansh Bansal:
And I recently got engaged to a Gujarati Girl.
Kresha Hindocha:
That’s very nice.
Devansh Bansal:
Yeah.
And so, I’m very, very sweet, very lovely people. I’ve learned to eat a lot more than I used to.
Kresha Hindocha:
I’m sure.
Devansh Bansal:
And one thing that I’ve I’ve I’ve learned is Gujarati people really use their language very smartly. So whenever my fiance, we are set to marry, we’re getting married next year.
Kresha Hindocha:
Okay.
Devansh Bansal:
But whenever she wants to communicate something with her mom or her dad and she doesn’t want me to know that they speak in Gujarati, because I don’t understand Gujarati.
Kresha Hindocha:
Okay,
Devansh Bansal:
But I’m very, very happy to know that we have another Gujarati family member with us.
All right.. So where are you staying right now? Where’s your current home?
Kresha Hindocha:
We are staying at Sindhi Colony.
Devansh Bansal:
Oh, nice.
Kavitha Hindocha:
Yeah.
Devansh Bansal:
I have I have been in that area for a while because my education was in Begumpet.
Kresha Hindocha:
Yeah, Begumpet, yeah.
Devansh Bansal:
So are you staying in an independent house right now?
Kresha Hindocha:
No, we are into an apartment.
Devansh Bansal:
In an apartment, nice. So what’s a normal day like for your family, generally?
How does your day start? What do you do throughout the day?
Kresha Hindocha:
Currently, I’m I recently gave birth to a daughter, so I am too busy with her and then family and my job.
So that’s how my day looks like.
Kresha Hindocha:
She is into a bridal business. So she handles her kids, home, her business.
Kavitha Hindocha:
So, yeah, I’m a Bridal makeup artist.
Devansh Bansal:
Wow.
Kavitha Hindocha:
So. So I love dressing up everybody. So that’s my passion.
So I do that.
Kresha Hindocha:
So Basically, a day is really busy. So, yeah.
Devansh Bansal:
It’s very nice to know. So, how long have you been currently staying in your current home where you are staying right now?
Kresha Hindocha:
So it’s been three years and got married three years back.
So since then, I’m in Sindhi colony.
Devansh Bansal:
And what comes to mind when you think of a home? What, Where do you feel your]?
Kresha Hindocha:
Safety, security. Yeah. that’s what I’m looking for. Peace.
Devansh Bansal:
Yeah. It’s very nice.
And I think when I spoke with Sir a few while back and uncle, uh I think I was communicated that this is your is the home you’ve purchased as an investment.
You don’t intend to come and stay here. Right. So to start with, how did we first find out about us?
What was your first experience with us?
Kresha Hindocha:
So, we found out about this place from Bhabi’s brother. He was interested here.
Devansh Bansal:
Yes, Jeet, yes yes.
Kavitha Hindocha:
He’s my brother.
Kresha Hindocha:
So, yeah, so through him, we got to know about this location. So, my brother in law, he came here with Jeet Bhai, and then he kind of liked the entire concept here. And he loved the, you know, apartment and all that.
So he discussed it with the family, my father in law-law, mother-in-law, and all of us. So then he said that we looked like a good,
Kavitha Hindocha:
We, actually love to move in here.
But the only problem for us is we have a family business over there in Sindhi Colony. So travelling daily is not possible from here till there. That is the only drawback.
Kresha Hindochal:
That’s the biggest challenge. We have
Kavitha Hindocha:
If at all we open a branch here in two, two years. Definitely we won’t.
Kresha Hindocha:
Yeah, we would love to shift here.
But again, it is like a long-term thing because currently our business is in Sindhi colony. So it’s.
Kavitha Hindocha:
That’s the only thing which is stopping us, or else we really love the location and everything.
Devansh Bansal:
I. I’m very very nice to hear that.
And so one very big question that we ask all our clients, saying, do we really like to understand from you is buying a home before it’s built takes a certain level of trust.
So what give you that confidence that you can trust us and purchase a home from us before it’s built?
Kresha Hindocha:
I think it is more to do with the way you share the information information about the location with us, you know, the transparency that you show and the kind of, you know, we also saw the map and I think all that helped us to kind of gain that trust that we can go ahead with this property, yeah. We also saw the model house.
It’s amazing. We really loved it.
Kavitha Hindocha:
We actually came in.
We really want to come and stay here.
Kresha Hindocha:
We loved the model house to be frank. The interiors were amazing.
Kavitha Hindocha:
We ladies love the kitchen, most.
Devansh Bansal:
So, um one very, very nice client story comes to mind. So I have been part of this project from day one. I was here when we first came to see the land.
I was very young, but I was there. I was involved when we purchased the land. I was with my grandfather and my dad had both come to purchase the land with one of his references.
I was part part of the planning process with the architect from day one and I have been here since day zero, since everything has been built. So I have also interacted with most clients, which is why this story really really comes to my mind.
So my mom was very strong, very heavily involved in this experience centre and the model flat.
Kavitha Hindocha:
Okay.
Devansh Bansal:
We have a lovely advertising agency from Bangalore, called Lazaro Advertising who’s helping us film all this.
Kresha Hindocha:
Okay.
Devansh Bansal:
And when they first came and saw the Model flat, after it was built and they wanted to photograph and short shoot a quick video there, a product film. The only thing they said that was, this is a good flat. It’s a very nice house.,but it’s losing, what it doesn’t have is a woman’s touch.
Because we made it from the perspective of a developer. Then he specifically requested my mom. To come and then be a little more personally involved.
Then she was here for a day, I think within two days, she completely transformed the place into what you see it now. Right. As compared to an empty home that we make.
So she added a few rugs and she added a lot more things.
Kresha Hindocha:
Of course a woman’s touch will always make a difference.
Devansh Bansal:
to make it look like someone is still there.
Kavitha Hindocha:
the kitchen is so amazing. Trust me, it is like.
Kresha Hindocha:
yeah, everything is really nice.
The decor is nice.
Yeah. We really love the concept.
Devansh Bansal:
There is this one client I remember I was speaking with. He came, he visited us three times. It’s about almost seven seven, eight months back around March, April,
So he visited us a few times and then I asked him that he really wanted to buy, he’s an old gentleman. He’s about 60, 65 years old. He was was not able to make the decision, should I or should I not buy it?
So was still early in the early stages of our construction, the tower wasn’t as high up as it is right now. And I told him, sir, please come with your wife. Sure.
Show her the model flat. And then we’ll rediscuss.
He came he came with his wife a few days later.
He came with his daughter after that. And three days later, I get him, so we share an email trail every time a flat is booked. I get random saying he’s booked two flats, one for himself and one for his daughter.
Kresha Hindocha:
Oh, that’s nice.
Devansh Bansal:
And I met him a few days later and I sir, I thought, I will come, you’ll negotiate with me, we will close. “Nai nai nai”
Kresha Hindocha:
I think this model house is the USP for you.
But actually, we are very disappointed in one thing.
Devansh Bansal:
Yes,ma’am.
Kavitha Hindocha:
You are demolishing, sir.
Devansh Bansal:
the model flat.
Yeah. Yeah, so we have.
Kavitha Hindocha:
That is very.
Devansh Bansal:
No, so what we will do is we will replicate the entire model flat as you see right now in one of the flats inside the project. Because we’ve really, so we’ve gotten two very good architects Kamir and Hamida in Hyderabad to design this entire experience centre in collaboration with Lazaro advertising. And they have designed the model flat as well.
They”ve done a fantastic job and and we want to preserve it. Basically, We’ll replicate everything in one flat inside.
Devansh Bansal:
Yes, you have of course.
Kavitha Hindocha:
We were very hurt with
Devansh Bansal:
this is going to be our prime play area]. We’ll we have a basketball court, a tennis court coming where we are right now. We have a bus bay coming here.
So as per, I mean, it really pains us.
Kavitha Hindocha:
Yeah, that’s what it is painting us more.
Devansh Bansal:
But, but.
Kresha Hindocha:
Yes They are going to replicate that in
Devansh Bansal:
yes, yes, yes…
Kresha Hindocha:
That’s nice to hear.
Devansh Bansal:
So it’s been really lovely speaking with you.
Kavitha Hindocha:
Same here.
Devansh Bansal:
One one last thing I really want to understand from you is So.
If anyone else in the future or in the new future, or anyone watching this conversation, does asks you about our project as an end user, an an investor, what would be what would be your response?
What would you like to communicate to them?
Kresha Hindocha:
I think I would surely recommend them to, you know, come check out this property, this project. I think I’m really very happy with this entire project.
Kavitha Hindocha:
The way you’re, you know, treating us and everybody over here, the staff.
Kresha Hindocha:
Hospitality is really good here. We love the staff as well.
They’re really, yeah. Yeah.. Yep.
So I came here for the second time and I’ve come with my daughter and I know how cranky she is, but everybody is really, very cooperative. They actually don’t say anything that, you know, she’s kind of making noises and all. So, yeah, the hospitality is really good here.Thank you so much.
Devansh Bansal:
No, no, mam, It is our pleasure.
Thank you so much. It’s been lovely you talking to you, mam
Devansh Bansal:
Thank you so much.
Kavitha Hindocha:
See you. Thank you so much..
Devansh Bansal:
Oh, I’m so sorry.
Kavitha Hindocha:
Yeah, absolutely. You forgot. Thank you.
Devansh Bansal:
Thank you so much. Thanks.
